I thought that I would share some of my favorite recipes with everyone. I love to cook however with owning a online business, kids and family, my time is limited too. Here are a few fast but very good recipes. I will add a few here and there so check back often to get them.
PUMPKIN CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING 4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
For variety try adding:
1/2 cup of raisins or chopped pecans or walnuts to the cake batter
CREAM CHEESE ICING: 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric
mixer until thoroughly blended. Pour batter into a buttered and floured
13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until
cake tests done. Cool. Prepare Cream Cheese Icing. Combine icing ingredients in
a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
Makes 10-12 servings.

Cranberry Chili Meatballs Combine In Crock pot:
2 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 (15 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 cup of brown sugar
Add:
One (1) large bag of frozen meatballs
Heat on low. Serve over egg noodles or white rice. Add salad, bread/rolls and a vegetable, there's a nice fast easy meal.
Left overs can be frozen and reheated in microwave.

Fruit Dip1 Jar of marshmellow cream
1 box of cream cheese
pinch of Ginger
Mix together with mixer until smooth.
Serve with a fruit platter.
